You know what?

Cleveland is surprisingly pretty.

More details later, after I’ve had time to recover. Ten hours of driving on Saturday, ten hours of driving on Sunday — eventually that adds up.

    Hi! I am a native Clevelander and I thought it was a great place to grow up. I can’t wait to hear why you drove there and what all you did. I have been traveling there from the Boston area for years – taking the family to see the rest of my family. It takes us about 11 hours to get there. Now I have the added pleasure of continuing on to Chicago to drop my oldest son at college there – it it almost exactly 1000 miles from Boston to Chicago. I wish we had time to do it in a leisurely fashion, but since his school is on quarters he is coming and going while my other kids are in school, so we can’t be gone too long.

    The long trip is good for knitting though.
